The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The location was excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation.
The windows in the room were not double glazed, so there was some draught and noise from outside.

This place is located in a really nice and central area. It's very quiet and has two tube stations nearby, making it super easy to get around. The hotel also has excellent room amenities like a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. Plus, the garden area is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day.
I recommend this hotel to all! The staff were very accommodating, from giving us extras upon request to providing excellent room service.

The location is very convenient, since it is close to two metro stations, Bayswater and Queensway, making it easy to get around the city. it is within walking distance of the lively Portobello Market. The rooms are cozy, clean and well-maintained, with efficient cleaning services. the front desk staff is welcoming and quick to address any concerns.
The hotel has some minor maintenance issues that could detract from the overall experience.
